Make the Most of Retired Life—Together!
May 6 @ 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
A full day session to provide couples time to mutually consider their retirement goals and create plans while finding reasons to fall in love again.
Join author and speaker Nora Hall on Saturday, May 6, for a workshop designed to help couples make the transition from work to retirement, without pain! From personal experience and research, Nora has identified the issues couples face when both retire—such as sharing the home, privacy, and creating an identity outside of work—and discovered positive solutions that not only keep the peace but actually enhance the relationship. Worried you’ll have a tag-along spouse? Concerned you’ll grow bored with each other? Wondering how your roles will change? Nora’s thoughtful but lighthearted workshop will offer ideas to help you get the most from retired life—together.
The workshop is for married couples or couples in a committed relationship who are recently retired or will soon retire. Best if both spouses attend, but not required. No religious affiliation is required or expected.
