Especially when going through a hard time, focusing positively on an event or relationship will make you feel better and stronger. Truthfully, we all owe it to ourselves to develop a deep sense of gratitude.

Why Foster Gratitude in our lives?

Don’t believe me? Think about a curmudgeon you know. Do you want to be with that person—sharing time and laughter? Not likely! How do you feel when you feel grumpy? Probably not so great. Do people shy away from you when you when you’re in a mood? Quite likely.

Our sense of happiness grows (despite “aging” complications) as we develop a strong sense of gratitude. Are you ooking for ways to improve your health, or your self-esteem? Do you want to have more strength or enjoy life more? Start a daily routine of being grateful for just one thing each day. Soon you’ll have a long list of gifts that make you grateful as your life becomes more active and positive.
